A State of Michigan Legislative Update including ARTICLE 20
The State of Michigan Legislature is evolving and adapting to the required needs of diverse and competitive global markets. Legislative changes are occurring in Article 20 of the Occupational Code affecting architects. The seminar will discuss the rules and regulations of Article 20, changes to Article 20 affecting continuing education for architects, and other future proposed Michigan legislation concerning a uniform fire code and electronic submittals of construction documents.
The day's speakers will include Frederick F. Butters, FAIA, Esq. and Benedetto Tiseo, FAIA, NCARB.
